PAUL MEMBREY, Business Affairs Director

Architect and planner for the Greater London Council (during the late 1960s, '70s & '80s and early '90s) for a large development in South East London.

Paul has long planning and practical knowledge of large scale infrastructure projects, particularly utility services (gas, water electricity, telephone, cable TV and district heating).

He has an eye for the commercial opportunities; believing "out of chaos comes opportunities".

Much travelled, his current interests cover the Middle East and Central Africa, providing spares for the oil, gas and petrochemical industries. Also believing opportunities are where "angels fear to tread".

Hobbies include being a Director of a local museum.
